We are looking for a meticulous and detail-focused Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with various financial tasks. This exciting opportunity provides the chance to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the accounting facet.

Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient closure of accounts.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal accounting standards.

Work collaboratively with team members to identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including tasks such as data entry, document management, and other duties as needed. 

Qualifications:

Obtain a Level 1-2 LCCI

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Previous experience in an accounting or related field is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are necessary to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, to meet the demands of a fast-paced office environment

Willingness to work in an airport location (may require regular travel to and from the airport)

Can communicate with English.
