Accountant (Female)

• Prepare and verify daily reports
• Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
• Prepare daily deposits of Lubricant sales receipts
• Reconcile bank account for office
• Communicate with office managers and others working on the Sale Team problems (Account related)
• Prepare authorized refund vouchers
• Compile monthly reports
• Investigate and collect returned items
• Maintain returned check account
• Maintain chargeback account
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules ( Profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.)
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current Excel and Xero Accounting Software
   

• Minium 2 years experienced
• Bachelor Degree and ACCA Certificate would be preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus
• With strong background in budget preparation and grant management
