Admin Assistant with CRM experience

iD creative solutions is looking for an Admin Assistant. Applicants must have working experience , CRM experience and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

-                 Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems.

-                 Answering phone from client or supplier, attending to visitors and assisting other members of   the team

-                 Operating a range of office machine such as photocopiers and printers

-                 Taking memos

-                 Visiting to another office on business

-                 Maintaining files paper and documents

-                 Dealing with government office

Requirements

-                 Proficient in Excel

-                 Knowledge of CRM or similar solutions

-                 Must have time management & planning skills

-                 Negotiations skill with suppliers

-                 The ability of writing skill, reporting skill, Microsoft office skills and multi-tasking skill

-                 Communicate English is essential
