Ø Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Ø To purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Ø Relieve management of administrative detail.
Ø Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
Ø Controlling for department budget & expenses.
Ø Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Ø Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment is needed.
Ø Assisting with all aspects of administrative management such as ,government office,assets , office supplies, transportation, security, maintainence & clean surrounding.
Ø Arrange the travel ticket booking & hotel booking for Local & Oversea trip.
Ø Maintain office cleaning and enjoyable environment
Ø Arrange events and activities.
Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process
Ø Any Graduate
Ø Minimum experience of (2) years in administration fields
Ø Excellent interpersonal and management skills
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Must be flaunt in English
Ø Proficiency in computer literacy
