Setting-up company / incorporation of Foreign Invested Enterprise / M&A: Legal advice on all aspects of foreign investment is at the core of the practice of ALF. ALF advises foreign investors in numerous business sectors, including manufacturing, energy, distribution, information technology (IT), franchising and many others. The scope of this work includes preparation of the necessary documentation to set up a business establishment in ASEAN including 100% foreign owned enterprise, review of the existing and proposed corporate structures, representation of the client in negotiations and discussions with national and local government authorities and with relevant counter parties. In many cases, ALF serve as general counsel for corporations and represent them in all aspects of their corporate life – from the original establishment of the enterprise through all aspects of its establishment and operation.

What You Will Do
- Draft application dossiers for establishment of new companies in a variety of business sectors in Myanmar;
- Coordinate and liaise with competent authorities and ensure the safe results to assist the client's business goals;
- Prepare research, give advice, provide legal analysis of business issues, and draft various type of business documentation;
- Follow up with the client's business projects in Myanmar and monitor any legal changes pertaining to each client
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and code of ethics as a professional adviser.
MUST HAVE
- A Bachelor degree in 4 year university;
- At least 1 year of experience in consultancy or law firm with incorporation work;
- Fluent English (written and speaking);
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills;
- Ability and willingness to handle a wide variety of assignments under time pressure;
