Assistant Manager

Your key duties as “Assistant Manager – Business Development” are as follows:
1.1 Gather all client requirements and supporting consulting and sales
1.2 Manage pitches with new clients in the areas of Digital, Communications, Social and mobile
1.3 Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule
1.4 Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all necessary items as needed
1.5 Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk
1.6 Responsible for the coordination, creation of project documentation and project processes
1.7 You will manage MoneyGram client and the task given by them in Myanmar. The task will mainly involve Task Force Management and MoneyGram Partner management.
1.8 You will be reporting to Abhishek Shah – in-charge of StratAgile Myanmar operations and Avish Joseph who is the Director of StratAgile

2.1 The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. You may be also required to work as per the nature of the job to support the duties as mutually agreed with your reporting officer. Alternate Saturdays will be a half working day.
2.2 The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.

3.1 Your Gross monthly salary will be USD 1050, which includes a basic USD 1000 per month and travel allowances of USD 50 based on your usage of gasoline.
3.2 Income tax as per the Myanmar Govt. Rules will be deducted as per the local government rules and regulations. However, you will be responsible for any extra payment required to be paid for your Income Tax and all other levies and Taxes as per the Laws of Myanmar.
3.3 Your salary will be reviewed after a period of 12 months and the increase in salary will be based on the contribution given to the company.

1.1 2-3 Years of experience preferred
1.2 Need to be proficient in English language
1.3 Knowledge about Moneygram & money remittance preffered
