Job Description
-To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
-Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identifying prospects’ needs to provide a solution, and demonstrating the company’s partner system
-Be able to prepare a proposal for presentation and quotation to submit to the prospect
-Be able to properly demonstrate the system features upon prospects’ requirements
-Setting up meeting with prospects for system demo sessions to convert to a customer
-Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales
-Achieve forecasted monthly sales KPI set by the management
-Maintain relationships with existing clients.
-Build a good relationship with prospects and existing clients
-Be able to work under pressure and challenges
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements
-Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP system
-Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
-Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations
-Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
-Strong work ethic and good communication
