We are searching for multiple skilled, creative bakers who strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner. Bakers are responsible for preparing and making baked goods, such as cookies, brownies, muffins, breads, tarts, tortillas and cakes. The request may differ according to customer’s request

• Interprets recipes and ensures baked items meet company standards.
• Prepares baked goods daily as well as specialty items requested by customers.
• Achieves customer loyalty by creating a pleasant shopping experience.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly

• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.
• Take client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Create amazing baked goods as per current trend
• Willingness to work as a freelancer baker
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice equipment.
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Experience with cake decoration techniques
• Requires reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
• Hold current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
