Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to established baselines, elevation and other geodetic measurements
Develop criteria for survey method and procedures as well as direct aerial survey of specified geographical areas
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal description of survey(if required) in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed
Supervise the performance of surveyors and parties perfoming all types of field survey and perform related work as required
Perform mathematical calculation in order to perform survey
Conduct research and analyze data to ensure survey are accurate and complete
Review the work program of surveyors to ensure compliance with standard operating procedure and national and state regulation
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all surveying work including conducting quality control checks and reviewing the work of other surveyors on the team
Ensure the compliance with all local , state and federal regulations related to surveying, constructions and environmental health and safety
Work out the quantities of earth work of the road based on the survey report
Record and maintain accurate , up to date documentations of all surveying report, including shape, contour, location, elevation and dimensions of land or land features
Resolve the problem and perform more difficult work associated with the survey
Coordinate findings with the work of engineering's and architectural personnel clients and other concerned with projects
Maintain all surveying equipment, ensuring that is properly calibrated and functioning correctly
Train Assistants and helpers and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting mapz

Job Requiremets
A bachelor's degree in surveying/civil engineering or related field is typically required
Minimum experience of 7-8 years of experience in the relevant field
Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, techniques or technology
Strong in leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word and Power Point
Good English Skill
