We are looking for a qualified Chinese language translator and online marketing administrator for UFC company website, social media platforms and increase its online marketing presence. Administrator need a thorough knowledge of Chinese culture, investment interests and strategies and should keep up with trends in marketing, social networking strategies such as mastering WeChat and answering consultation questions. Most work 20-hours per week according to both regular business hours and some make their own hours.

·       A website administrator is in charge of publishing Chinese content

·       Mastering WeChat group and promotion related posts management

·       Making sure to maintain original meaning, format and tone for English -Chinese translation

·       Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations

·       Streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers

.       Keen to know up to date Chinese foreign property investors news and law

To qualify for the position, those interested in becoming website administrator need to gain experience in online sales and marketing, communications and content writing. Though not required, an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as journalism or communications, can help increase employability and provide a solid background in translation  skills. Courses could include communication studies, psychology, computer programming and sociology. Administrator need to have a solid grasp of online real estate website and information searching behaviors of Chinese clients. Additional certification in Linguistics is a plus
