Responsibilities

-      To get information, answer customers’ questions, and provide information on store, promotions and its merchandise to customers

-      To provide good customer service even when handling customers’ complaints and solving problem

Requirements

-      Age between 23 and 32 years old

-      University Graduate

-      One-year experience at management level

-      Be able to communicate in English clearly

-      Ability to solve problems effectively & patiently and must have customer service and teamwork skills
