Myanmar B2B was founded in 2012 by Hub Myanmar Company Limited to serve the Myanmar business community by providing a forum where they are able to share their success stories, expand their network, and educate the next generation of business leaders.

We became aware that Myanmar's business leaders needed a platform to convey their stories in order to inspire the next generation of homegrown entrepreneurs. This prompted us to launch Myanmar's first magazine devoted to local business. Since then, we've covered hundreds of inspiring stories of remarkable entrepreneurs who have committed their lives to developing business potentials and providing opportunities for millions of others.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsible for planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms for clients.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks

  • Develop digital marketing strategies
  • Create content for marketing campaigns
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance

 

Specific Duties

  • Identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze competitor strategies and create a plan to differentiate and outpace them
  • Establish objectives and goals for digital marketing campaigns
  • Research and develop effective strategies to reach target audiences
  • Develop engaging content ideas that align with the marketing strategies
  • Optimize content for SEO purposes
  • Collaborate with the Support team to ensure that content is visually appealing and meets technical requirements
  • Monitor and analyze the visibility and effectiveness of the contents created
  • Set up different analytics tools to get insights on website traffic and user behavior
  • Identify and analyze KPIs to measure website performance
  • Monitor competitor websites and analyze their performance
  • Suggest changes to improve website performance and user experience
  • Test different strategies and tactics to determine which are the most effective
  • Set up goals, and track and measure the performance of the campaigns to improve results
  • Analyze data from previous campaigns to identify patterns and trends
  • Research potential new audiences and target them with tailored messages
  • Set up appropriate tracking systems for different campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis
  • Create reports to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Make recommendations for optimizing campaigns to meet goals and objectives accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Must be tech-savvy and business-savvy
  • Must be detail-oriented and result-oriented
