The Win Unity Hotel not only provides the best accommodation in Monywa, but is also a landmark of the town and the surrounding area. The international standard hotel is privately owned by a Monywa family that had lived in the town for generations.
The Executive Chef will be resposible for the smooth operation of our main restaurant and will be leading a team of 19 employees.
The Executive Chef will train and manage kitchen personnel, create new menus and ensure proper safety and hygiene in our kitchen. He will work closely with our F&B service department and Finance department in order to control stock and food cost.
