The Max Myanmar Group of Companies was originally established as Max Myanmar Co., Ltd. in 1993. It started operation by importing buses from Japan, simultaneously followed by import of generators and earth-moving equipment and machinery. Develop the strategic plan (Year-on-Year/ short-term/long-term)
Accountable for financial and non-financial targets, including yearly forecasts, and drive
cost optimization and efficiency initiatives, such as optimum asset utilization
Drive the recruitment and performance management measures
Liaising with the government ministries and other external stakeholders
Driving internal KPIs according to the business and operational plan
Degree qualified in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
10+ years experience with which over 5 years has been as Terminal Manager/ Senior
Operations Manager
Experience in managing terminal engineering projects would be an advantage
Experience in shipping operations would be an advantage
Strong project, planning, change and time management skills
Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills and the tenacity to get work done in a
challenging environment would be prerequisites for this position
