Responsible to create different kinds of visual concepts to communicate  ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate targeted audiences 

Main Tasks

• Develop creative ideas and concepts briefs by gathering information and data
• Create designs, concepts, mockups, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, within the constraint of time
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the design meets their needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

Specific Duties

• Research current design trends to create attractive and engaging visuals
• Identify the target audience/brand and analyze their preferences
• Develop ideas and concepts based on variation of the projects
• Create visuals that meet the requirements of the project, convey targeted message correctly to the audience and meet the project objective
• Use correct color, image, typefaces, and other design elements to create the desired look and feel
• Determine correct size and arrangement of illustrative materials and copies, and font styles and sizes
• Review feedbacks from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Ensure all projects are finished withing the constraint of time
• Work with different respected team members to produce required visuals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Execute clear lines of communication with other departments, not to delay or postpone work timeline

• Any graduate, preferably in related field
• Additional course certificates in related field is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or in related field
• Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent communication skills and creativity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Must be self-motivated and proactive
