HR Assistant (Screening Associate)

Job description

The ideal screening associate for this position will help us screen and conduct background checks pre employment. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates as all successful candidates will be provided with training.



  • Receiving and acknowledging employment background screening requests via emails in a timely manner.
  • Conducting employment background screening verification of prospective employee by ensuring the phone / email verifications are completed before deadline.
  • Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC.
  • Submit the interim / final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided.
  • Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
  • Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.



  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree on any field.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably Fresh Graduates or Junior Executives Level specializing in Outbound/Customer Service / Call Centre, Telemarketing or equivalent
  • Proficiency in general computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft outlook, web applications).
  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing and rapport building.
  • Attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
