•  Responsible for recruitment activities by advertising, hiring, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for the right position.
•  Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
•  Responsible for compensation and benefits practice in accordance to company policies and local law and regulations.
•  Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly.
•  Collaborate with other departments / teams to facilitate analysis and toward a common goal and to get the job done.
•  Manages and advises on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
•  Connects the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy.
•  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
•  Serve as a link between management and employee by helping resolve work related matter.
•  Other duties assigned as necessary.
   

1) Proven working experiences as HR Manager.
2) Knowledge of HR System and database.
3) Excellent active listening, understanding and negotiation skills.
4) Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 
5) Enjoy working with people and able to work as a part of a team.
6) Moderate knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, rules and regulation.
7) Any graduated, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management. 
8) Fluent in English.
