Human Resource & Administration Manager

Reports to the Country Manager and carries out human resource and administrative functions of the company.



            Human Resource

1.    Administration of employee benefits

2.    Formulates recruitment strategy

3.    Budget planning for the department

4.    Wage and salary administration

5.    Manpower development and training including sourcing and recommendation of training courses

6.    Assist in planning and communicating based on company’s policies to achieve company’s goal

7.    Ensure adequate insurance coverage for staff, property and vehicles

8.    Formulation and implementation of human resource policies

9.    Undertake all other confidential information and matters as and when assigned by Country Manager



1.    Plans, organizes and controls the internal general administration of the company

2.    Negotiate general company contracts

3.    Maintenance of the workplace and company’s property, such as building, office machinery, equipment, vehicle, etc

4.    Update company’s operational activities status

5.    Assisting in liaising with government bodies, commercial bodies, concerning company’s administration activities


- Degree in Business Management or similar field 

- At least 3 years experience in Management position

- Familiar with Myanmar's legislation laws and HR practices
