Seeking for an IT Manager position who will manage and be an administrator for various software platform used by the company. Experience with school management system will benefits the role.
Job Description
Reports to the Board of Directors
Coordinate IT departments across company’s IT teams, including two schools.
Act as a central administrator for shared systems such as Google Suite and domain usage with the administrators in schools and sub-businesses.
Call meetings for the schools regularly (at least 4 times a year) to discuss and share issues and solutions with the IT heads for the schools and other business of the organization
Act as a liaison between the organization, representing two schools and Double First (Engage)
Configure Engage (School Management system) for the system level with Engage team in the schools and administrators of the schools.
Support the IT team in schools in providing technical support for Engage.
Involve in strategic planning for IT with the Directors of the company and Head of school on IT usage
Advice IT solutions to the Board of Directors of the organization
Mandalay campus (joint responsibility)
Reports to Head of School
Train the staff on use of school-wide systems especially Engage (School Management System)
Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Review, advice and maintain data policy along with Head of school and data assessment coordinators
Advice IT solutions to school management.
Proven experience as IT Manager or similar role preferred
Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Organize and self-motivated individual
Fluent in English
Mostly based in Yangon but should be able to travel to Mandalay on short notice. Should be able to stay in Mandalay for extended periods if needed
