Job Overview:

The IT Specialist is responsible for the design, architecture, and maintenance of our Zoho One and Zoho CRM systems, and for developing an AI assistant tailored to enhance our immigration advisory services in New Zealand. This role involves integrating APIs, managing daily IT support tasks, and ensuring efficient technology operations that support client engagement and consultant efficiency. The specialist will also be responsible for training and implementing the AI assistant to handle client inquiries through email and online chat, improving response times and accuracy.

• System Design and Management: Design, implement, and maintain Zoho One and Zoho CRM systems to ensure they meet the company’s needs. Customize platforms according to organizational requirements and user feedback.
• AI Assistant Development: Design, architect, and train an AI assistant to support immigration advisory services, ensuring it can handle inquiries with timeliness and accuracy. Integrate the AI with existing systems using APIs to allow seamless data flow and functionality.
• API Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between various systems and software using APIs, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• IT Support: Provide daily IT support, including website design and maintenance, managing email systems and domains, and assisting colleagues with IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
• Training and Support: Train staff on new systems and technologies, especially focusing on the use of the AI assistant and CRM tools. Provide ongoing support and updates as needed.
• Technical Leadership: Offer guidance on the adoption of new IT technologies and improvements to enhance system efficiency and staff productivity.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems and configurations, and provide regular reports on system performance and user feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Zoho One and Zoho CRM systems.
• Strong background in software development, API integration, and AI technologies.
• Experience in designing and maintaining websites, email systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
