Maxwell Stamp is looking for Myanmar National Public financial management expert for the ADB financed project in Myanmar titled: Strengthening Climate and Disaster Resilience of Myanmar Communities 3 -- Package 3: Disaster risk financing specialists (50403-001). This is a 21 months TA and expected to be commence from July 2018.
(i) liaising with relevant government agencies and organization of consultations for the examination of existing disaster risk financing arrangements and experience, development of the national disaster risk financing strategy, post-disaster budget execution guidelines and enabling environment report;
(ii) collecting relevant data and documents;
(iii) undertaking analysis and preparation of outputs;
(iv) contributing to the planning and delivery of training sessions and workshops under consulting services package 3 of the TA, including supporting logistics for training programs and translation of training material;
(v) contributing to training sessions and workshops planned under other consulting services packages of the TA, as requested; and
(vi) the dissemination of project TA outputs.
The expert should be a national of Myanmar with a degree in finance, economics, or equivalent; preferably with 5 years of experience in public sector management in Myanmar.
