| -Daily Check the requisition -Inquire to the supplier and prepare the price comparison when got the price from suppliers -Negotitation the price with suppliers -Create purchase order by ERP system amd Manual PO. -Organize purchase order,delivery schedule & receiving -Order confirmation to the supplier by email. -Follow up to the supplier by daily,weekly -Coordinate with finance & account to be assured for payment arrangement -Sorting,listing,imaging for purchase itmes & purchase order plan -Close relation with the internal customer & Suppliers |
