• Any bachelor of degree
• Preferable in bachelor of construction management and engineering
• at least 5 years of experience in construction tender field
• must have the knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English Four Skills
