Refer to below job responsibilites
Responsible for Project Management, Project Administration, Site Preparation, Execution of Construction Processes and its Quality Control and the Final Completion Work up till the end of Maintenance Period.
Manage the day to day operation of the project and continuously drive, facilitate and support the ongoing
Assist in the process of verifications of claims made by subcontractors and suppliers.
Perform other duties as assigned
Min Diploma /Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience, specialize in M&E management from development, supervision, installation, operation & maintenance in industrial electrical & mechanical construction works.
Ability to interface at all level and lead a team of workers.
Team player with the right attitude, hardworking, resourceful and multi-tasking.
Pro-active in solving customers problem.
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
Able to start work immediately / in short notice.
Proficient in written and spoken English and good communication skill.
