-Responsible for project management,Project Administration,site preparation,execution of construction processes and its quality control and the final completion work up till the end of maintenance period.
-Manage the day to day operation of the projet and continuously drive, facilitate and support the ongoing improvement on the quality.
-Deploying resources,ie plant,machinery and equipment,manpower and subcontractors to meet project's contracutal requirements.
-Min 5-8 years of working experience in mechanical field(ACMV,P&S and Fire) especially in commercial building.
-Ability to interface at all level and lead a team of workers
-Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
-Able to start work immediately /short notice
-Good command of English is a MUST
