Job description

Recruit a team of direct sales executives who will be responsible for the marketing and sale of high quality award winning business skills courses delivered through new centres in Yangon.

-              Lead from the front (being the best seller in the team)

-              Conduct Training (initial and on-going)

-              Monitor and improve team performance

-              Motion and best practice management of direct sales Executives

-              Recruitment of a sustainable and robust direct sale team 

-           Earn basic salary AND Commission on own sales plus Bonus AND commission from every member of your team!!!!!

Essential Qualifications and experience

-              Minimum degree level or Higher (obtained in Myanmar or internationally)

-              Excellent English and Burmese language skills (spoken and written)

-              3 – 5 years’ experience working in a professional sales (retail or B2B) environment

-              Impeccable leadership skills, training skill, team focused management and approachable    personality.

-              Excellent sales development skills including development of the team sales strategies, target setting and campaign design and execution.

-              Excellent sales skills (You will be required to sell also)

-              Excellent IT skills including the use of popular office software and CRM databases

Salary

OTE 1,000,000 Kyats per month (including basic and commission and bonuses)
