The role will require a highly successful and target orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality. 

• Accomplish marketing and sales goals through normal managerial duties, such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees
• Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goal
• Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
• Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
• Identify different client requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
• Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
• Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with VIP clients
• Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
• Travel oversea to attend meetings & conferences as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (additional Management/Sales diploma preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience in sales/management/marketing, preferred in property industry
• 2+ years of senior level experience
• Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
•  Ability to work under pressure preferred
• Must exemplify a high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with team, management, as well as customers
• Fluent in English writing/speaking skills
