Responsibilities
- Generate leads of potential customers
- Data mining through the internet
- Must be able to achieve monthly sales target set by higher management
- Responsible for finding potential customers to achieve sales target and maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
- Intelligence gathering on both customers and competitors & consistently giving feedback to the Management.
- Schedules appointments and meeting with clients.
- Follow up on prospective clients through emails, calls and visits.
- Plan, formulate and implement strategies, for reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion
- Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, calls, referrals, presentations sales campaigns
- Follow-up with clients to develop long-term relationships
- Work in a highly competitive environment to develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventions
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Age between 25-35 years
- At least 3 years of experience in position of sales & marketing executive.
- Relevant working experience in project sale, office furniture & Interior Decoration is preferred.
- Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point, Internet, Email)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat alternate off, Sun & Gazette holidays)
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm

Managed in Sale & Marketing Department
- Conduct sales meetings with the sale staffs regularly.
- Conduct weekly, monthly performance reviews for all sale staffs.
- Train/Supervise/Motivate sale staffs to ensure that optimal levels of customer engagement are met.
- Effectively meet deadlines, achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Develop sales strategies and present to BOD.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Sale analysis and Territory Management in respective area.
- Efficient in promotion products, ideas and services.
- Efficient knowledge in Supply Chain Management based on sales analysis.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise.
- Promote company's products through presentation and demonstrations.
- Track the activities of the company's competitors.

- Age above 30 years
- Good in communication skills and English (4) skills
- Good presentation skill to express the recorded sales data.
- At least 2 years of experience in position of sales & marketing manager.
- Relevant working experience in Furniture industry is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hour : 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) Saturday Off 2 days in 4 week.
