We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. 

• Works under the direction of BOD to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives
• Create and develop marketing strategies for a group of product. (Building Material)
• Analyze monthly sales and expense to compare with sale target.
• Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
• Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
• Be able to lead the marketing team.

• Bachelor or Degree in Marketing
• Age must be under 38yrs
• Minimum 3 years in Related Position..
• Having Experience in construction materials would be an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and related software.
• Be able to work with team and sociable
