Ø Must know each channel sales and daily performance of team and planning to get objective.
Ø Point out strength and weakness of sale representatives and assign Job accordingly.
Ø Training /Sales demonstration to new sale representatives and weak sale representatives.
Ø Check & correct sale representative allocate daily, weekly, monthly estimate sale target plan.
Ø Timely feedback report about sales channels problems and solution to Branch Manager.
Ø Suggest for each channel promotion activities and service report to Branch Manager.
Ø Planning for weekly/Monthly action plan for each channels and detail instructions report to Branch Manager.
Ø Good relation with customers & building brand image in the market.
Ø Monitor sale representative performance and ensure team is motivated.
Ø Drive Sales by Distribution and Visibility of our all brands in all outlets.
Ø On the Job training/coaching to Sr/TL and ensure they follow company SOP and disciplined.
Ø Supervisor is responsible for any kind of cash or credit sales (Goods) and collection (Money) for his Area.
Must gratuated from any university.
Must have 3 years similar experienced in related field
