Senior Accountant - 1 Post

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial record-keeping and accurate balancing within financial system
• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Arrange the payment of bills and client accounts
• Prepare monthly report to clients for top up balance
• Contact clients via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their accounts
• Examine statements to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree or ACCA (Part I) in accounting
• At least 3 years minimum experience in accounting
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient with accounting software
• Good knowledge of computer, particularly Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Know the law and accounting system of Myanmar
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective organizational skills and time management
• Positive, honest and hard-working
