Work closely with Regional HR on all HR matters
Interact with Senior Management and employees to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company
Main responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to implementation of HR policies, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent attraction and retention, especially in regional recruitment
Guide employees in matters related to career development, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
Skills needed :
Degree or Diploma in HRM specialisation or related field Well-versed in local labour legislation and practices
Must be practical, able to summarise succinctly, have analytical and negotiating skills.
Must be available, attentive and tenacious. Must have good oral and writing skills. English essential and a second language desirable.
Required experience : A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in construction industry is required. Candidates with experience working in Yangon or other regional countries will have an added advantage Both local and foreigner candidates will be consider
