We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. You will also “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. 

• Provide hands on troubleshooting of computer related problems
• Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrading of desktop, operating system, hardware & software.
• Get quotations and placement of orders for PCs and peripherals
• Maintain documentation for IT related information
• Implement IT Security Policy
• Involve in implementation of IT projects

·         Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent fields
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in PC support & Network System
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Technically inclined in supporting Windows OS, MS Office and etc.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels
