Myanmar B2B was founded in 2012 by Hub Myanmar Company Limited to serve the Myanmar business community by providing a forum where they are able to share their success stories, expand their network, and educate the next generation of business leaders.

We became aware that Myanmar's business leaders needed a platform to convey their stories in order to inspire the next generation of homegrown entrepreneurs. This prompted us to launch Myanmar's first magazine devoted to local business. Since then, we've covered hundreds of inspiring stories of remarkable entrepreneurs who have committed their lives to developing business potentials and providing opportunities for millions of others.

Senior Sales Executive

Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, developing relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities

Responsibilities

Main Tasks

  • Research market trends and identify new market opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies and sales call procedure
  • Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to develop better strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

 

Specific Duties

  • Collect data on current market trends and customer behavior
  • Conduct research to assess current customer needs and preferences
  • Analyze data to identify potential market for expansions
  • Identify key competitors and their strategies
  • Develop and execute plans to capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Monitor key metrics and develop strategies to increase market share
  • Differentiate short term clients and long term clients implement STP
  • Set sales objective and goals, categorized by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually
  • Create sales call procedure guidelines and sales materials for the team
  • Master closing deals and sign contracts thorough daily sales calls
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and procedures for continuous improvement
  • Stay current with the company’s products and services to ensure customers have access to the best solutions
  • Develop comprehensive advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and present proposals to clients
  • Maintain good relationship with current clients and build relationship with new potential clients
  • Develop customer relationships through proactive communication,
  • Build, maintain and update client database regularly
  • Build an effective communication strategy to keep customers informed and updated on products and services
  • Gather customer data and feedback from various sources
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop strategies that address customer needs and wants based on the data and feedback
  • Monitor and evaluate the strategies to measure their effectiveness and adjust accordingly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Establish clear lines of communication with other departments, not to delay or postpone work timeline
  • Prepare and present regular detailed reports on sales activities and performance and goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or in related field
  • Acquire business networks of related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail along with critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Obtain a business and marketing mindset
  • Well-knowledge of CRM skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Must have creativity and problem solving skills
