The Job

In this role, you will be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your streamers/talents. You will be managing internal and external communications and ensure the timely and successful delivery of the streams.

You will be responsible for :

• Assisting with high severity requests or issuing escalations as needed 
• Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with the team to ensure growth attainment 
• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with streamers and talents and attending to their queries in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating the master calendar of all client/talent activities and scheduled events
• Maintaining databases and organizing documents such that the coordinator can track and find client agreements and expiration dates, event planning calendars, contract or event file on the spot.
• Selecting or recommending talent for roles available through analysis of headshots, audition tapes etc.
• Ensuring needs of talent such as food, transportation, lodging, security etc. are met
• Conducting recruitment and training for talents.

The Profile

• You have a degree in any field with at least 3 years proven work experience as a Talent Manager, Production, Entertainment or other relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are able to solve problems under pressure with the utmost professionalism.
