We are seeking a Telesales Executive who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, as well as previous experience in telesales. Attention to detail, persuasive abilities, and the ability to work independently are also required for this role.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Utilizing persuasive techniques to secure sales
• Working independently and meeting sales targets
• Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or high school diploma
• With work experience as a Telesales Executive/Representative or any related job position in the Sales department
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Outstanding ability to follow scripts
• Pleasant and customer-oriented individual
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to solve complex problems promptly and deal with different personalities
• Good time management skills and customer service skills
