·         Pursue the operational goal by carrying out all assignments tasked by GM and other senior employee

·         Regularly review promotional activities on various media channels to improve the level of awareness in the local communities

·         Manage bi-directional communication channels with customers, as well as promotion and marketing duties including sharing hotel information through SNS and various other popular

·         Actively manage the development of new products and services

·         Manage Hotel's official website which contains the hotel's official information

·         Research and oversee the development of new marketing strategies

·         Supervise, and make decisions on, all matters regarding any awards (or the selection process) given through domestic or overseas institutions and media

·         Provide all customers with services of the highest quality

·         Do everything possible to resolve customer complaints

·         Learn about and develop the latest industry trends to maintain competitiveness on an

·         ongoing basis

·         Plan and administer effective budget goals within the bounds of the hotel's budget

·         Submit annual advertisement budget proposals (domestic and abroad)

·         Contribute to the general operation strategy planning. Provide necessary support for

establishing annual hotel operation plans

·         Get actively involved in identifying and developing the potential strengths in employees

·         Promote a smooth operation and cooperation when working jointly with other departments

·         Interact frequently with employees to improve employee satisfaction. Encourage cooperation with company policies and systems

·         Must be able to meet company’s goal and customer expectations. Must be able to provide outstanding products and services

·         Must have an understanding of hotel business and profit structure management

·         Must have understanding of market strategies and be capable of observing marketing trends

·         Must have a general understanding of marketing and brand strategies as well as consumer investigation

·         Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Must have an understanding of, and be able to make use of, digital marketing

·         Must have an excellent command of foreign languages for international duties

·         Must possess basic computer skills

·         Education        : Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent level of work experience
