Trainer (2) Posts ( Salary - Negotiable based on Experiences)

Responsibilities

Deliver trainings for individual and organizations who are working for social development and Business Development
assist in develop Training and Workshop design and training evaluation
training assessment and follow up for all participants
writing training reports after finished each training process and delivery
Monthly activity report to submit Operation Team Leader
Assist as needed with Operation Team Leader in developing project ideas, designing and planning projects, implementing activities
participate in workshops, forum, events and trainings as representative person by MDP if require
Networking with Private companies, Social organizations, Resources person and other partners

Requirements

At least Bachelor Degree Holder, Master Degree, and Management Diploma or Degree Holders are so much welcomed.
Experiences in Development or Management Field.
At least (2) year experiences in Training, Meeting and Workshop Facilitation.
Able to travel to remote area within Myanmar if necessary.
Take responsibilities for overall training program management.
Good English & Myanmar speaking and writing skills are preferable.
Sound Inter-personal communication skills in Myanmar and English.
