The ideal Freelance Translator position will help us to expend our screening & background checks business in Myanmar. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates as all successful candidates will be provided with training.

• Assist in-house operation team on daily translation works, Myanmar to English & wise versa.
• Be responsible for the overall Myanmar translation quality, manage the language style guides and terminology database, hire and manage freelancers, assign work within the team.
• Translate any urgent content and support immediate business needs such as media releases, internal global-to-local communication, training materials, digital advertisements etc.
• Review translations of other in-house linguists and freelancers. Provide constructive feedback to improve overall quality of localization team output

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent writing style with an impeccable knowledge of spelling and grammar in Myanmar.
• Great coordination skills. Experience with project management.
• Great written and oral communication skills in English.
• Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment, able to work with tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, not afraid to work independently when required.
