1. Assist department managers to develop and maintain customer relationships.
2. Execute and improve business processes and documentation.
•According to the sales plan, conduct customer visits and provide customers with personalized solution proposal and all profiles.
•Assist department managers to maintain customer relationships and keep abreast of customer needs.
•Conduct market research and provide timely feedback on research reports.
•Track and complete the execution and delivery of customer orders, and cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Organize sales progress reports, follow up sales remittances, and complete monthly reports.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Positive and optimistic work attitude, pioneering spirit and keep learning
•Ability to think differently and provide customers with kindly service
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop
•Be creative in assisting with the development of Sales/Marketing Strategies.
•Must possess strong computer and internet skills, effectively utilizing the internal system and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
